Photographs, video footage, audio recordings, and live broadcasts may include participants, spectators, organizers, judges, staff, and other persons present at the event.
Such material may be captured by MB Wargamer, event organizers, authorized photographers or videographers, media representatives, event partners, or streaming personnel.
Event recordings and images may be:
- Broadcast or streamed live on the internet;
- Published on vtes.lt, wargamer.lt, and other websites operated or used by the organizers;
- Published on social media platforms, video-sharing platforms, streaming services, and other online resources;
- Used for event coverage, reporting, documentation, and archival purposes;
- Used to promote MB Wargamer events, including current and future events;
- Included in photographs, videos, interviews, tournament coverage, highlights, promotional materials, and similar event-related content.
By registering for and attending an event, participants acknowledge and accept that they may appear incidentally or as part of a crowd, tournament table, award ceremony, interview, event broadcast, live stream, or other event-related photograph or recording, and that such material may be made publicly available on the internet.
Where photography, filming, or streaming is necessary for documenting, reporting on, or promoting an event, MB Wargamer may process such material on the basis of its legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, taking into account the rights, interests, and reasonable expectations of event participants.
Where required by applicable law, separate consent may be requested for photographs, interviews, recordings, or other material that focuses specifically on an identifiable individual and is intended primarily for advertising, testimonials, commercial promotional campaigns, or similar purposes.
Participants who do not wish to be intentionally photographed, interviewed, or individually featured in promotional materials should inform the organizers at privacy@wargamer.lt or contact event staff at the venue.
We will take reasonable steps to respect such requests where practicable. However, it may not always be possible to exclude individuals from wide-angle photographs, crowd scenes, tournament coverage, background footage, award ceremonies, or live broadcasts.
Participants should be aware that live streams and other material published online may be viewed, shared, embedded, reposted, downloaded, or otherwise distributed by third parties beyond the direct control of MB Wargamer.
Requests concerning photographs or recordings published directly by MB Wargamer may be submitted to privacy@wargamer.lt. Each request will be assessed in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable law.
